What is the first step towards changing the way your elevator service is provided?
1) Send Interstate Elevator your existing contract termination date. We will enter it into our database and will notify you before your automatic rollover date locks you into another long-term contract.
2) Notify your existing elevator maintenance company of your intention not to extend or renew your existing contract. This can be done now or at any time before the automatic rollover period rolls around. A document for this purpose is available to download. Just add the business name and address of the elevator/s and send it to your existing elevator service provider.
3) Fax or email your existing contract or information to Interstate Elevator so we can furnish you an accurate price with “apples for apples” information and representation in your new agreement.
